Gluten-Free Artichoke Pepperoni Pizza

  • One GF Joe gluten-free pizza shell
  • 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • italian spices to taste: oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil
  • mozzarella cheese, regular or dairy free
  • pepperoni
  • artichoke hearts
  • olive oil


Get your outdoor grill to high temp 400-475 degrees. Preheat the shell for 5-7 minutes.

Spread olive oil on the shell to moisten it. Add a pinch of salt.

Ladle the sauce onto the shell up half inch of space from the outer shell or dough to create a crust. Add mozzerella and layer with pepperoni and artichoke. Grab your pizza peel and peel it onto grill!

Let pizza cook for 8 minutes.
