  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Combine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, dijon in a blender. Slowly add olive oil while blending until well emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste.
