Grilled Corn with Cilantro Coriander Butter

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 stick butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon toasted coriander, ground
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 ears of corn, husked


Combine cilantro, butter, coriander in a mixer until thoroughly mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Brush onto corn and place on grill for 12-15 minutes. Brush remaining cilantro butter onto corn.
