  • 1 English cucumber, peeled, and roughly chopped
  • 3 large red heirloom tomatoes, core removed, and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 red onion, peeled, and rough chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 jalapeñ
  • o, rough chopped
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste


In a blender combine the cucumber, tomatoes, rice vinegar, tamari, and Worcestershire until thoroughly mixed. Add onion, garlic, jalape�o, and herbs. Blend well. Salt and pepper to taste. Strain mixture. Chill well.
