  • 15 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper


In a food processor, pulse garlic cloves until finely minced. Add mayonnaise, goat cheese, goat cheese, and Tabasco and blend until smooth. Add the artichoke hearts and pulse blend until evenly incorporated. Mixture will still be slightly chunky when done. Add salt and pepper to taste.
