Balsamic Blast Cocktail

- 2 cups of balsamic
- 1 T brown sugar

Combine in saucepan and simmer on stove until reduced to half. Store in air-tight container in fridge.
1 1/2 oz Tequila
3/4 oz balsamic vinegar reduction
2 oz fresh lemonade (can use lemon juice sugar and water)
1 oz soda water
Add blackberries and tequila to shaker glass. Muddle. Add ice, vinegar reduction and fresh lemonade. Shake well. Strain into glass and top with soda water.
