The invites have started rolling in and you're all set to soak in some fun this holiday season. If you find yourself indulging in all the season has to offer, you may want to keep these cures on hand from nutritionist Peggy K!


Cure for Too Many Parties

1 Cup Tangerine juice , Freshly squeezed
6 Fresh sage leaves
1 Cup Mineral water
1/8th tsp Turmeric
2 sprigs Rosemary

Cure for Too Many Drinks

2 Cups Coconut Water
1/4 tsp Ginger , Freshly minced
8-10 Fresh mint leaves
Twist Lime juice

Cure for Too Much Sugar

1 Cup Bilberry tea , steeped
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp Chia seeds, Ground
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Blueberries or Blackberries
5-6 Cubes Ice

Cure for Too Much Food

1 Cup Peppermint Tea
1 Cup ChamomileTea
1 Cup Dandelion Root Tea
1 Cup Fennel Tea
