One Bathroom, Two Looks

The style of your bathroom should also reflect your lifestyle and the mood you want to create in your home. Design expert Jennifer Reid shows us how to achieve two different looks using the same bathroom vanity.

1. Modern White

Get the Look:

Layer White on White: This is the cleanest look you can get. Very modern, very chic.

Keep It Simple: clean lines key to this look, keep your accessories simple and to a minimum.

Add Pops of Color: Have fun with pops of color. In this case, the red is playful and fresh.

Don't ignore lighting; use a modern pendant: This pendant maintains the white on white look and yet has a playful shape

2. Glam in Pink and Black

Get the Look:

Go With Black: There is nothing more glam than black; black walls are the backdrop for this dramatic look.

Glam Up the Lighting: Pretty lighting offers the perfect choice for a glam powder room; this transforms the space into a "jewel box"

Add a Touch of Luxury: Instead of two mirrors we used one with sconces on either side. An embellished mirror is key to this look. Snakeskin accessories are also very luxe

Be Bold with Your Accent Color: In this case, hot pink adds instant personality and glamour.
