Homemade Paleo Breakfast Sausage

  • 2 pounds 85% ground pork butt
  • 1 ripe bosc pear
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp finely chipped fresh sage
  • 1 tsp finely shopped fresh rosemary
  • .5 tsp nutmeg
  • .5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

Cook until sausage is cooked through. Place in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
