  • 2 pounds redskin potatoes, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 pound yellow onions, thickly sliced and cut in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Directions

Toss the onions and potatoes with the olive oil and the dry ingredients.

Cook on medium high heat on a large flat grill pan or large frying pan. Turning often.

Cook until browned and potatoes are tender.
