Crab Boil

  • 40-45 pounds of Blue Crab
  • Stone Crab Claws
  • 1 bag Red Potatoes
  • 5 Pounds Russet Potatoes
  • 6 Lemons
  • 2 pounds Sausage
  • 3 Pounds of Corn on the Cob
  • Mushrooms (As much as you want)
  • 3 Yellow Onions
  • 4.5lb jar Zatarans Crab Boil
  • 8 oz Zatarans Liquid Crab Boil
  • Concentrated Lemon


In your pot add COLD water and a jar of Zatarans Crab Boil, and a jar of the Zatarans Crab Boil Spices. Stir it up. Then add your crab and cut onions, cut potatoes, (The red potatoes can be left to cook whole in the bag) and lemons, make sure you squeeze all your lemons. Bring it up to a boil for 20 minutes. Then add your corn on the cob de-tasseled and cut in half, mushrooms and your sausage with your concentrated lemon to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes pull from strainer in crab pot and serve. Crabs should be belly up so juice doesn't run out.
