Beef Chimichurri

  • 3 bunch parsley, chopped fine
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 lbs. beef tenderloin, fat trimmed


1. Cut the beef tenderloin into cubes about 1 inch thick, then set aside.

2. To make the marinade, finely chop the parsley, and then incorporate remaining ingredients (except tenderloin) in a bowl and mix together. Then add the beef into the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.

3.Then add all the fillet mignon and the marinade into an oven safe pan for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. It will be medium rare so leave in longer if you want it more cooked.
