Joey Joins The Circus
Joey Fatone goes behind the scenes to see how the Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey feed over 300 cast and crew members on a daily basis.
Chef Colleen Doyle and her team of cooks are responsible for making delicious and healthy meals to feed the crew. They prepare all the meals in the 'Pie Car' of the Ringling Bros. circus train, which is one and half miles long. Joey helped her make Bulgarian chicken, vegetable medley, braised pork chops with garlic dill sauce and home fries.
