My Family Recipe Rocks Episodes

Green's Anatomy

At home in Fred's kitchen, Joey learns that preparing collards aren't as tough as many people think.

Making the pot likker is as easy as one, two, three (bacon, onions and garlic.) Joey learns the roll and chop art of chopping the leaves. The outer leaves are bitter and the inner leaves are sweet and tender. The mix of the flavors make this an incredible dish.
