Sunglasses
You've been using sunglasses for years to keep the bright sky out of your eyes. This year, think about your eyewear as an extension of your outfit. Nicole Browning from Sunglass Hut has some great tips and summer styles to shade your eyes.
Styles to try:
- The Classic Aviator - updated this year in a faded brown lenses
- The Shield - the signature solid lens instead of two lenses
- Polarized - cuts the glare, enhances color, especially on the water
- Ray Banns - color, prints and details are updated
- Tory Birch - new vintage inspired looks with large, rounded lenses and metal details
- Oakley - wrap around glasses and rubber nose grips for the athletic minded
- Jackie O styles - round and black, will never go out of style
Other tips:
- Try color! Blondes or lighter skin tones look better in lighter colors. Brunettes can wear darker colors.
- If you have a square face, buy a more rounded frame.
- If you have a round face, buy something more square to contrast.
- If your face is heart or oval shaped, almost anything goes.
- Don't let the frames stick out past your temples.
- Don't put your sunglasses on top of your head. It stretches them out.
- Always use a lens cleaner so you don't scratch your glasses.
