"One of the newest trends that we're seeing in the beauty world is a new technology of packaging. Basically, what hair care and skincare companies have figured out is, if they can put different active ingredients in two different chambers then they can be a lot more effective. The reason for that is, in some cases, certain active ingredients cannot be housed together or they break each other down," explains Rachel Gower, owner of The Upper Hand Salon.
