Magic Ring Workout
Created by Joseph Pilates in the twenties to tone and strengthen, this one simple circle -- called the Magic Ring -- has been perfected into a must-have piece of workout equipment.
There are exercises that you perform on your back to correct imbalances created from driving or computer work.
