Grow Your Hair
Long, flowing locks can be beautiful, but they're not always possible.
Step 1: Massage your scalp to increase circulation and stimulate growth. You can use your fingers or an inexpensive massager.
Step 2: Clarify the scalp. Make a mixture of equal parts witch hazel and mouthwash, spray onto the scalp and massage it in.
Step 3: Try any of the following masks to stimulate growth (massage in and wash out): warm olive oil, coconut milk, dried rosemary soaked in hot water (let it cool before applying) or aloe vera gel.
Step 4: It's what's on the inside that counts! Be sure to eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein and vitamin-rich foods or take vitamin supplements (vitamins A, B, E, and fish oils).
Step 5: If all else fails, try clip in extensions! Just be sure to have them professionally cut and styled to blend with your natural hair.
