Core Ball Workout

It looks and feels like a basketball, but this core ball will bounce your body back into shape.

FIT Athletic Club instructor Kelley Davidson says "a core ball workout is a great total body workout that uses a weighted ball that bounces to get more muscle groups involved, and it's going to really make you sweat."

There are several different sizes and weights, but the surprising fact is the LIGHTER the ball, the harder the workout, according to Kelley. She suggests starting with the four pound ball.

From dribbling and passing to push-ups and sit-ups, the core ball enables you to work every muscle in your body with cardio and strength training.
