Turkey Burger

  • extra lean ground turkey
  • whole wheat sandwich thins
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • laughing cow cheese triangles
  • avocado


1. Preheat a grill for high heat.

2. In a large bowl, season the ground turkey with salt and pepper. Mix lightly using your hands, and form into 4 patties.

3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 to 10 minutes per side, until well done.

4. Add lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
