Tuna Pita Picnic Sandwiches

  • 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Chunk light tuna (canned in water)
  • Whole grain pita


Whisk together 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice and a dash of black pepper. Toss with 3 ounces drained chunk light tuna (canned in water). Eat with half of a whole grain pita.
