  • One can of garbanzo beans (3.5 servings in the can)
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • Lime juice from one lime
  • One garlic clove
  • One jalapeno
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • One tablespoon of Tahini


Add all the ingredients in a food processor. Mix until you reach your desired consistency. Add water if the guacamus is too thick.
