Eating right is only half the battle. To really Live Big, you have to exercise as well. Ali Vincent has created a 30-day fitness challenge that will push your workout to the next level.

Before you start any exercise program, it's important to see your doctor. Make sure you're cleared to workout. This is also a great time to talk to your doctor about your daily calorie allowance.

"I think it's important for everybody to really consult with their doctors, to really make sure it's safe to go on a weight loss or exercise program," says Dr. Liu.

Ali designed the Live Big 30 Day Challenge to start on a Monday so you can put in family time on the weekends.
