Calorie Cutting Tip: Low Calorie Chocolate Muffins

Ali Vincent is always looking for ways to enjoy her favorite foods but cut calories at the same time. She recently tried making low calorie muffins.

A regular chocolate muffin can have up to 400 calories so she tried a recipe for triple chocolate chunk muffins that have about 75 calories. The recipe called for a lot of substitutes -- apple sauce instead of oil and splenda instead of sugar.
