Calorie Cutting Tip: Salad

Are you trying to lose weight? Ali Vincent has a tip to help you cut calories on one meal a day.

Try substitute one meal with a salad. You can build a delicious and big salad for under 300 calories. Not only is it going to look fantastic, it is also going to taste great.

There are a couple things you are going to want to keep in mind:

  • Stay away from any salad dressing that is over 50 calories for two tablespoons.
  • Don't add croutons. A serving of croutons is about 90 calories.
  • Add broccoli or fresh cauliflower to your salad. It will add a little crunch.
