You should always have a bottle of water in your hands. But make sure you have at least 8, 8 ounce glasses of water every day.

What are some ways to get protein because I don't eat meat or soy?
A good way to get iron and protein into your diet is by incorporating lots of beans into your diet. Or you can always eat spinach or kale.

Ali, where do I start?
For those of you who are inspired to start moving, that is exactly where you start. So, open your door, go outside, and go for a walk -- If walking isn't a big deal then trying a walk/run combo.
