Ali Vincent Tries 'Dancing with the Stars' Cheryl Burke's 'Dance Yourself Slim' Workout

Ali Vincent, the first female to win 'The Biggest Loser' teams up with 'Dancing with the Stars,' professional dancer Cheryl Burke to help you 'Dance Yourself Slim.' Ali also meets with Cynthia Sass, a registered dietician and contributing editor for Health Magazine, to learn all about super foods that refuel your body.

Over the past seasons we have seen celebrities lose weight and transform their bodies on Dancing with the Stars. But you don't need to be a celebrity to do it and, in fact, you can do it right from home.

Professional dancer Cheryl Burke has partner with Health Magazine to create a dance workout that will get you fit and toned. The fitness plan is called 'Dance Yourself Slim.' She gave Ali and few Live Big participants -- Sharon Carmona, Carmen Martinez and Dianne Duncan -- a private salsa dance lesson.

"Dance is like a huge thing right now. What I do with Health Magazine is just show them some moves that are really easy and simple that makes you burn lots of calories and really tone up your body at the same time," says Cheryl.

For Cheryl's workout, you don't need a dance partner. You just need to know the steps.

There have been many celebrities who have lost weight on Dancing with the Stars.

"When you see these people on our show, like Kirstie Allie, I mean she's a perfect example of someone with no dance experience learning how to dance and losing so much weight and having a blast," says Cheryl.

Cheryl says the secret is that they are practicing the dances several hours a day.

"When you're dancing, you're moving everything," says Cheryl. "What you need to think about, though, instead of like just being just loosey goosey about it, is to really focus on what muscles you want to work on. But you need to really be disciplined enough to say OK, well, I want to work out my midsection, so that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to tighten up my core and really isolate. And you should feel the burn."

Even though Cheryl is constantly dancing and working out, she still tries to watch what she eats.

"I definitely watch what I eat and make sure I exercise as much as I can, especially when I'm not on the show. Because during my hiatus we're not dancing eight hours a day, seven days a week," says Cheryl.

Dancing is a full-body workout that can transform your body. And, you can tailor your dancing to your fitness level.

"Dancing is an exercise that you can't even compare it to going to the gym or running on the treadmill. Dancing works out every single part of your body and you just need to live a healthy lifestyle, you know eat right and dance and I promise you, your body is going to look great," says Cheryl.
