Smoked Salmon Sandwiches

  • 12 slices white Pullman bread
  • 3 oz smoked salmon
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • ½
  • oz chives (chopped)
  • 2 boiled eggs( only yolks)

Directions

1. Start by cutting the crust of the sliced bread. 2. In a food processor mix the cream cheese and the smoked salmon. Once well blended add the chives. 3. Start building the sandwiches but adding the cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread and then cover with another slice of bread. 4.
