Napa Cabbage with Dried Shrimp

  • 4 qt slice napa cabbage, cleaned and dried
  • 1 cup thai basil finely sliced
  • 1 cup cilantro finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried shrimp minced
  • 1/2 cup garlic sliced
  • 1 cup onion thinly sliced
  • 1 pc jalapeno thinly sliced
  • 1 oz pho powder ground
  • 2 oz sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup fish sauce


1. Sweat onion, garlic and dried shrimp, no color.

2. Add jalapeno and sweat, add napa cabbage.

3. Saute quickly, add pho, sesame oil and fish. Season to taste.

4. Remove and cool, add herbs.
