Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Black Olive Relish

  • 4 to 6 oz. Swordfish steaks, seasoned and rubbed with 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 oz. Pitted and chopped Kalamata olives
  • 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 T. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 t. dried marjoram
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except swordfish in a bowl.

2. Grill swordfish over high heat until it is cooked through, but still moist.

3. Place swordfish on the steak platter and top with olive sauce. Serve.
