  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 4 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


1. In a saucepan, saut� garlic in butter for several minutes over moderate heat.

2. Add half and half and bring to a boil.

3. Add white sauce and bring to a boil.

4. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan, salt, and black pepper.

5. Serve with hot pasta.
