  • 4 Mangoes
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Limes, zested and juiced

1. Peel the mangoes and remove the pits. Chop the mango flesh into 1/2 inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.

2. Wearing protective gloves, use a sharp knife to remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapenos, and then dice the jalapenos. Add the jalapenos to the mangoes.

3. Add the onions, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest to the mangoes.

4. Stir gently and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve within 4 hours.
