- Use a laser level.
- Figure out what height you want to hang the item.
- Place your laser level at that point and push it in.
- It will attach to the wall and it will cast a laser line. It will help you make sure everything is straight.
- Measure the points where you will add nails and use a pencil or chalk to mark the spot.
- Add your nails.
- Hang your bulletin board.
