In this makeover, there was an open storage pantry. Inside you could see mis-matched dishes and pots. Even if it is clean it looks messy. Unless you have beautiful matching china, open storage is usually a bad idea.
Buying a door or cabinets is expensive. So instead Lisa covered the pantry with a curtain. Just make sure you have a curtain rod that is longer than the storage area so you can access your things.
