Lisa Quinn gets a special one-on-one cooking tutorial with Margo True, the Food Editor at Sunset Magazine. She's making a refreshing salmon and cucumber salad dish. This recipe is all about fresh ingredients.

Margo True has come up with the perfect solution to avoid messy, gooey salmon skin. She loves to add a crispy bite to her dish, and here's the easiest way to do it.

Margo True's Tips for Grilling Salmon:
Step 1: Cut a piece of heavy-duty tinfoil or layer two pieces on top of each other.
Step 2: With a knife or a fork, poke dime-sized holes throughout.
Step 3: Put the salmon on top of the tinfoil and grill.
Step 4: Remove the salmon and peel the tinfoil away with a spatula.
