Step 1: Buy a simple desktop like the one Lisa found at IKEA. Tip: A high gloss white is easy to clean and will stay beautiful for a long time.
Step 2: Buy the legs separate in whatever shape and size you think your daughter will like best.
Step 3: Add a pop of color by spray painting the legs with a fun color. Tip: Using spray paint rather than regular paint will go on much quicker and will give the legs a more professional finish.
Step 4: Finally, attach the legs and surprise your daughter with a new custom desk!
