Pecan Sandie S'mores

  • 6 Pecan Sandies
  • 1 or 2 Graham Crackers
  • 3 Large Toasted Marshmallows
  • 3 tsp Caramel
  • 10 White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon


Melt the white chocolate chips with caramel. Stir 1-3 minutes until white chocolate is melted. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips together with butter in same way.

Place 3 Pecan Sandies upside down on plate. Break 3 pieces of Graham Cracker about the same size as the Pecan Sandies and put them on top of each cookie. Add a dollop of the caramel mixture to each.

Add marshmallows and top with second cookie. Toss the walnuts with the cinnamon and roll the sticky edges of the cookie sandwich in the nut mixture. Drizzle melted chocolate mixture on top and enjoy!
