Gluten-Free Chickpea Dip

  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Mortadella
  • 1/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Olives
  • Grape leaf Lettuce as Garnish
  • Gluten Free GF JOE Crackers


1. Put first four ingredients in blender.

2. Slice the mortadella and sundried tomatoes.

3. Spread mixture from blender on cracker.

4. Top with sundried tomato, mortadella, sesame seeds, and olives.

5. Use grapeleaf to garnish plate.
