Creole Ribs, Grilled Corn and Garlic Potatoes

  • 1 Rack Ribs
  • 3 Ears Corn
  • 3 Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Honey Dijon Mustard
  • Butter
  • Creole Seasoning


To make the ribs, dry rub ribs with salt, pepper, and creole seasoning. Rub grill with olive oil to help prevent sticking. Cook for 1 hour. Glaze with honey dijon.

To make corn, apply butter and creole seasoning to corn. Wrap corn in foil. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Wrap potatoes in foil and cook for 20-25 minutes or until done. Mash the potatoes. Mince garlic. Add cream, salt, and pepper to taste
