Sweet and Spicy Chocolate Fondue

- 6 oz. Heavy Cream
- 9 oz Bittersweet Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 fresh Red Chili, finely chopped
- tsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp. Double Expresso Vodka
- 1 packet Marshmellows
- 1/2 Angel Food Cake, chopped

Add the espresso and remove from the heat. Pour into a serving dish or fondue dish. Place the marshmellows and cake onto individual skewers or cocktail sticks.
Serve with the chocolate fondue allowing guests to dip the skewers into the chocolate.
