Preparing Shrimp:
  • Keep your shrimp cold.
  • Peel shrimp by pulling back the shell.
  • You can leave the tail on (optional)
  • There is a black vein that runs down the shrimp. Remove it by pulling it out.
  • Now you can cook the shrimp!
