  • English Muffin store bought or Ryan's recipe
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg over easy
  • 3 meatballs store/deli bought or homemade heated through.
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise (flavor with chives or garlic)


Lightly toast English muffin.

Melt one slice of cheese on each side of muffin.

Top with mayonnaise.

Meatballs, lettuce, tomato slices & egg.

Salt and pepper.
