Pork Ramen Soup

  • 1 quart pork broth
  • 1 quart miso broth
  • 4 cups fresh ramen noodles
  • 8-10 slices of cooked pork
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced including green part
  • 1-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2-4 tablespoons red pickeled ginger, thinly sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half
  • 2-4 tablespoons red miso paste

Directions

1. Heat the pork broth to a low boil.

2. Add the miso broth.

3. Add the noodles and cook gently, 1-2 minutes until just cooked through.

4,. Add the remaining ingredients until heated through.
