- 4 large artichokes, cooked, take out the center and thistles and cut in quarters
- Cooking spray
- 2-4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 lemons, cut in half

Spray with cooking spray.
Place the artichokes cut side up on grill.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
Let the artichokes char for about four minutes and turn, charring on each side 2-3 minutes.
Grill the lemon halves while the artichokes grill.
Remove the hot smokey grilled artichokes to a serving platter and squeeze lemon juice over them.
