Fresh Guacamole Recipe

  • Fresh Avocados
  • 1 Green Habanero Chili
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Lime
  • ½
  • C. Tomatoes
  • ½
  • C. of Onions
  • 2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • ½
  • C. Fresh Cilantro


1. Roast Habanero Chili and Garlic Clove over an open flam until both are charred on the outside
2. Crush charred Habanero Chili Pepper and Garlic Clove in a mortar and pestle until mixture is smooth
3. Add half of the juice of the lime to mixture
4. Add 1 tsp. of sea salt to mixture
5. In a separate dish, with a fork and knife, peel, remove pit, chop up and mix avocados together
6. Add other half of lime juice to avocados
7. Add 1 tsp. of sea salt to avocados
8. In a bowl, gently fold avocados with chili and garlic mixture
9. Top mixture with fresh cilantro, tomatoes, and onions
10. Serve with Tortilla Chips
