Martin Yan's Chopstick Lesson

While at Chef Martin Yan's house, Martin shows Ryan how to properly and effectively use chopsticks.

Martin Yan's tips on how to properly use chopsticks:

1. Hold the first chopstick like a pencil, but hold it a little bit higher than normally would.

2. Put the second chopstick between your thumb and index fingers.

3. Move the "pencil" chopstick against the second chopstick in order to use both chopsticks by picking up things.
