Rainbow Frozen Fruit Pops

  • 3 large kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 pt strawberries, washed, hulled and chopped
  • 1 pt blueberries, washed and any stems removed
  • sugar or honey as desired


Puree each fruit individually in a food processor or a blender. Sweeten each as desired. Carefully layer into popsicle molds or into paper cups (inserting a plastic spoon for the stick) and freeze.
