  • 8 slices HEB bake shop French toast bread
  • 1 large apple
  • 8 slices fresh mozzarella


1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.

2. Slice apple into 4 pieces.

3. Place 2 slices of mozzarella and 1 apple slice on 4 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices of bread.

4. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
