Leprechaun Hard Cider Pulled Pork

    Ingredients Print Recipe

  • 1 large (5 lb) piece of pork. (Shoulder or Pork Butt)
  • 1 Onion - Diced
  • 3 cloves garlic - Minced
  • 1- 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 bottle of Leprechaun Hard Cider


Put all ingredients into the crock pot. Fill 2/3 with cider.

Cook for at least 8 hours or overnight until pork is fully cooked and tender.

Remove the bone and fat and drain the liquid.

Add your Cider BBQ sauce and mix to desired taste.
