Leprechaun Hard Cider Pulled Pork
- 1 large (5 lb) piece of pork. (Shoulder or Pork Butt)
- 1 Onion - Diced
- 3 cloves garlic - Minced
- 1- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 bottle of Leprechaun Hard Cider

Put all ingredients into the crock pot. Fill 2/3 with cider.
Cook for at least 8 hours or overnight until pork is fully cooked and tender.
Remove the bone and fat and drain the liquid.
Add your Cider BBQ sauce and mix to desired taste.
