Leprechaun Hard Cider Fried Pear Slices

  • 1 cup Leprechaun Hard Cider
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 4 cups flour
  • Dash of cinnamon


Mix all ingredients with a whisk to create a thick batter. It should coat your fruit easily.

Toss pear slices lightly in flour.

Coat with batter.

Using a skillet or pan, eat up oil to about 350 degrees. Fry each side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Let oil drain on paper towel.

Dust with powdered sugar.
